We're here to make a little announcement about something important to us. Unfortunately Sebastien and us have decided to part ways. We are still super tight friends and love each other to death its just that our lives have grown in different directions. Seb is going to pursue school and teaching which we're super stoked about! We wish him the best in that! We decided that it would be best that his last show would be our CD release show in March. So make sure you all come to that and support him.
We're currently starting to scout some drummers out there that would be possibly willing to join us.
Here are the requirements for a drummer:
-Has to be Christian
-Have drumming experience (recording, writing, touring)
-Have good drum gear that will be ready to roll
-Be able to devote time and effort for this band
-Ready to tour in the future
-Be under 25

Also don't worry all the other shows that we have booked until our CD release (MARCH) Seb is still gonna play. So come out and say Hi and kiss him on the cheek :)

Stoked
Hey ladies and gents!
The day has finally come where we posted our very first song.
It's been way to long but we're so excited and proud of the tracks we've recorded in the past.

Our track that we posted this past Saturday night is entitled RUIN and it's mind blowing the response that we've received. All you people that have been backing up this band no matter what deserve the biggest respect! Honestly we could have not done any of this without ya!

EP update
Wassup everyone! We've been super busy with things in the past month or so. And seems like it's not gonna stop which we're actually stoked about. I'm here to give another update on our upcoming EP. We know that we've promised to release it early January but something good came up (which we can't announce yet) making us postpone our cd release show until mid February ish. Because of that we've decided to go back into the studio with Kent to record an additional 1-2 songs that will appear on the record. You have no idea how stoked we are to release this. Your guys response and support has been absolutely phenomenal. If you havent yet pre-ordered the EP it is available for pre-order right now at www.beholdthecity.bigcartel.com or at any of our shows.
We have a 4 day straight run this month so check the dates on our Myspace or Facebook pages.

We're almost DONE recording :)
Wassup!
We're SO stoked to announce that our very very first EP is almost done . We have to go into studio one last time to touch up a few minor things and that's it!
We came out of the studio a few days ago and we can't wait to release 5 tracks that you could listen to.
4 of those tracks are gonna be on our EP and 1 of them is a cover that we will try to release really soon so you dudes can check it out.
We're really proud and happy with the result of the EP so far and we're sooo thankful for all the support and all the love that you have given us throughout this process.
Please stay posted to all the shows and all the plans that we have coming up.
We all you all SO SO much please come out to a show and give high fives :)

What's Up Ma Dudes

Just wanted to write a quick update to ya folks so you all know whats happening with btc in the next few months.
Aight!
First off i want to start by thanking all ya peeps who came out and supported our band at every show that we played. You guys are seriously incredible! Without you coming out, taking your time to drive and money to buy tickets we wouldn't be able to exist! So heads up to ya dudes!
Now heres what we're going to be up to till January.
September:
25th - We're playing a show with Valleys, Take This Darrel, The Prologue and of course Stray From The Path. We're super stoked on this show so make sure you come out and hang out. You can still message us for tickets. beholdthecity@gmail.com To view the details of the show click HERE
26th - We were suppost to have a show at the mansion with our good friends from Starship Harbour but had to cancel this event due to schedule issues.

2nd - We're going into the studio to record our debut EP!!!

31st - HALLOWEEN SHOW in orillia! Make sure you come out to this one. Playing with Right Before The Rise, The Light Division, Constraints, Like Animals, Bound And Down (LAST SHOW), Bang! Bang!
